WOLTC Transitional Housing program is for adults and families facing housing instability, with priority for those affected by financial hardship, domestic violence, or other significant life challenges.

We will accept individuals with poor credit history, evictions and background issues which are obstacles many unhoused individuals face.

financial literacy, organization and time management, basic home repairs, cooking, meal preparation, and so much more to empower yourself for success!
You'll have access to a dedicated support team
case manager, professional specialists, and resources for food assistance, housing, and more, to help you every step of the way.
Our program features a structured curriculum designed to meet your unique needs and challenges, ensuring you gain the most from your experience. It also includes a faith-based component to help you grow closer to God and strengthen your spiritual journey. Working closely with your support team, you'll develop the skills and confidence needed to achieve sustainable housing and take pride in your ability to make responsible, impactful decisions, contributing to your success every step of the way.
